HOW MUCH SPACE IS NECESSARY TO SET UP A MOBILE GAMING LOUNGE?

A typical mobile game lounge takes up approximately 35 feet from nose to tail, including the truck, to ensure pleasant playing conditions, a level surface area is required.

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN A MOBILE ENTERTAINMENT THEATER ACCOMMODATE?

Mobile Gaming Revolution theaters were designed to maximize the amount of space both inside and outside. The number of participants ranges from 18-20 people AT ONE TIME.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?

The Mobile Gaming Revolution is fun for everyone. However, we do recommend that participants be able to read and follow directions. Our suggested minimum age is two (2) years and older.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A deposit of 50% is due upon booking your event. Your full deposit is non-refundable. All balances must be paid at least three (3) days prior to your event via Credit Card. Special arrangements prior to an event may be made to accept cash the day of the event. Events paid in full or booked with a deposit, but canceled with more than fourteen (14) days prior, will be entitled to a 100% refund. Clients who pay in full or place a deposit and cancel their events less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund. Clients that book/reserve a date and reschedule an event within less than fourteen (14) days’ notice will be charged an additional rescheduling fee of Sixty-Nine dollars ($69). Events that are canceled due to Acts of God, including but not limited to Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tornadoes, and Severe Weather will be eligible to reschedule their event and have all monies applied to a future date, up to 180 days into the future. No refunds are given due to cancellations resulting from an act of God. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The conditions in place at the time of cancellation supersede any terms and conditions previously set forth. Gratuity is never included, but 95% of our clients’ tips for a job well done.

WHICH VIDEO GAME TITLES AND CONSOLES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our video game collection includes all of the latest titles and consoles including Wii, Xbox, and PlayStation. If you have a special request, please contact us prior to the event and we will do our best to accommodate you. If your own game you would like to play inside our lounge, please ask a member of our staff and they will gladly accommodate you.

NOTE: Games not belonging to Mobile Gaming Revolution must conform to ESRB standards set for the particular event.

ARE FOOD OR DRINKS PERMITTED INSIDE THE GAME THEATER?

No, we require that all food and drinks remain outside of the gaming theater.

DO YOU REQUIRE PARENTAL SUPERVISION?

We ask that one adult remains at the event for its duration. Parents are more than welcome to enter the Mobile Gaming Revolution lounge, although, it is not required. Each Mobile Gaming Revolution event is hosted by a professionally trained staff member who will ensure the success of each event. Additionally, our staff members do their best to involve everyone, regardless of their skill level.

IS ACCESS TO A POWER OUTLET REQUIRED?

No, each Mobile Gaming Revolution Video Game Theater is self-powered and climate-controlled. The Theater is powered by on-board generators.

IS IT APPROPRIATE TO TIP THE GAMING STAFF WHO HOSTS THE EVENT?

Gratuity is not required but highly encouraged. If it helps, 95% of our clients’ tip for a job well done.
