Terms and Conditions

Any payment towards your upcoming event constitutes an agreement of these terms and conditions. A deposit of 50% is due upon booking your event, the date and time are not guaranteed until this deposit is received in full. Your full deposit is non-refundable. Please note that our gaming theater requires 35ft of a flat paved surface and we are prohibited from pulling into driveways or any kind of personal property. Mobile Gaming Revolution cannot guarantee the attendance of a specific unit at your event. All balances must be paid at least three (3) days prior to your event via Credit Card. All details (location and services) must be finalized at least seven (7) days prior to your event and may not be changed without consulting us beforehand to ensure that it still fits within our allotted time. Special arrangements prior to an event may be made to accept cash the day of the event. All balances must be paid before the event begins. Mobile Gaming Revolution is not responsible if the event is delayed due to balances not being paid in full. Events paid in full or booked with a deposit, but canceled with more than fourteen (14) days prior, will be entitled to a 100% refund. Clients who pay in full or place a deposit and cancel their events less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund. Clients who book/reserve a date and reschedule an event within less than fourteen (14) days notice will be charged an additional rescheduling fee of Sixty-Nine dollars ($69). Events that are canceled due to Acts of God, including but not limited to Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tornadoes, and Severe Weather will be eligible to reschedule their event and have all monies applied to a future date, up to 180 days into the future. No refunds are given due to cancellations resulting from an act of God. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. The conditions in place at the time of cancellation supersede any terms and conditions previously set forth. Gratuity is never included, but 95% of our clients’ tips for a job well done.
