Setup takes under 15 minutes. Everything set up, powered on, cooled off, and wiped clean before your first guest walks in. You don't lift a finger.

How far in advance should I book a birthday party?+
Weekends fill 4–6 weeks out during peak season (March–May, October–December). For popular dates — spring weekends, October Saturdays — book 6–8 weeks out. Weekdays and off-season dates are more flexible.
How many guests can attend?+
Gaming theater fits up to 20 players at once. Laser tag and bumper balls run in rotations, so total guest count can be higher — 30 to 50+ guests is common with a combo booking or an extended time window.
Can we do this at a park or public space?+
Yes. Many Tampa Bay parks allow party rentals with a permit. We can guide you through the permit process. Popular options: Curtis Hixon Waterfront, Al Lopez Park, MacFarlane Park, and neighborhood park pavilions across Hillsborough and Pinellas.
What if the birthday kid is picky about games?+
Tell us the birthday kid's favorite games when you book. Our gaming truck stocks all the current hits — Fortnite, Madden, Mario Kart, Smash, Roblox, Minecraft, and many more. Our pro game coach can highlight the birthday kid's favorites during the party.
What's the deposit?+
Standard deposit is a percentage of the booking, paid when you lock the date. The balance is due before the event. Terms are clear on your confirmation. We accept credit card, check, or Venmo.
