Tell us your school, grade levels, expected student count, and event type (field day, PBIS, reading party, etc.).

PO or check
If we're not a vendor yet, we complete onboarding paperwork quickly. Then you send the PO or check. We handle W-9 and COI paperwork.

We arrive 15 min early
Setup takes under 15 minutes. Happens before your first session — everything powered on, cooled off, and wiped clean before students arrive.

School events FAQ

Do you accept purchase orders?+
Yes. We accept POs from all major Tampa Bay districts — Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and surrounding counties. If your district requires vendor onboarding first, we can typically complete it within a week.
What documentation do you provide?+
Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request, W-9 on file, additional insured endorsements available. We can add your district or school as additional insured on our policy for the day of your event.
Can this run during a school day without disrupting classes?+
Yes. We arrange setup before school starts and teardown after dismissal. Sessions run during PE periods, recess windows, or dedicated event time. We coordinate with your bell schedule so nothing interrupts instruction.
What about noise for adjacent classrooms?+
Gaming truck is fully enclosed and self-contained — near-zero exterior noise. Laser tag and bumper balls make normal outdoor-play noise. For events indoors near classrooms, gym or cafeteria placement usually keeps disruption minimal.
Can this work in a gym or cafeteria?+
Yes for all three services. Gaming truck parks outside and students come in and out. Laser tag runs on a gym floor with obstacles. Bumper balls need roughly a 25' × 40' floor area, so gyms and larger cafeterias work well.
