Tell us the event type, date, headcount, venue, and any procurement requirements. We match the right services to your group and confirm availability.

Docs to procurement
We send COI, W-9, and any additional insured endorsements your AP or facilities team needs. Standard paperwork turnaround inside 24 hours.

Lock the date
Deposit locks your date. Balance due on delivery — same flow as any booking. Cancellation and reschedule policies documented up front.

We arrive 15 min early, run the event
Arrival 15 minutes before start. Setup under 15. Your event runs on schedule. Your HR team gets to enjoy the day instead of manage the vendor.

Every procurement question. Answered.

Do you accept POs? Can we get a W-9?+
PO-friendly. W-9 on file — we send it on request inside 24 hours. Standard flow is deposit-to-lock, balance on delivery — same as any booking. Your AP department handles us the same way as any other vendor.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for our facility?+
Yes. Standard COI provided on request within 24 hours. Additional insured endorsements for your venue, facility, or property manager are typically available same-day. We carry full liability coverage.
Will you sign our vendor agreement or NDA?+
Standard vendor onboarding paperwork is fine — send it during booking and we'll turn it around. For NDAs on confidential events like product launches or executive offsites, same process. Signed same-week in most cases.
What's your rescheduling policy?+
Outdoor events: weather reschedule at no charge under our Acts of God policy (subject to 24-hour notice for foreseeable weather). Business schedule changes: any reschedule is at no fee and the deposit transfers to the new date. However, once rescheduled, the new date is final — any further reschedule or cancellation forfeits all amounts paid toward the event, regardless of notice. Acts of God rescheduling is not affected by this rule. See our Terms & Conditions for full detail.
Can you set up in a parking lot or at our office? What about noise?+
Yes to both. Gaming truck: parking lot or driveway with about 20' × 40' clear space, self-powered. Laser tag: 40' × 40' indoor or outdoor. Bumper balls: 25' × 40' grass or gym floor. Noise: the gaming truck is climate-controlled and self-contained — interior audio only. Laser tag and bumper balls generate normal event noise, so an outdoor space or unused gym works well.
