Bumper balls FAQ

Every question we get. Answered.

Is it safe?+
Yes. The balls are padded top to bottom, players are secured with internal harnesses, and our staff supervises every round. We've run thousands of bumper ball events over 15 years with an excellent safety record. Full insurance coverage on every booking.
What's the age range?+
6 and up. Kids and adults both love it — this is actually one of our most popular corporate team-building activities. Adults will book bumper balls for their own birthdays without shame. We've seen it.
Does it work in Florida weather?+
Yes, outside of active thunderstorms. We monitor weather forecasts and reach out proactively if conditions look unsafe. For hot summer bookings, morning or evening slots work best. Indoor gyms or church halls are always an option too.
How much space do we need?+
Roughly 25' × 40' minimum for safe play. Grass field, gym floor, or large flat surface works. We'll walk through your specific space during booking to confirm it's a fit and plan the arena layout.
What if someone gets hurt?+
Bumps and bruises are extremely rare thanks to the padding and harnesses. Our staff pauses play immediately for anyone who needs it. In 15 years and thousands of events, serious injuries are essentially unheard of. Full insurance covers the event regardless.
