Why organizers keep calling

The activity that keeps them there.

01
The crowd-draw
Fall festivals live and die by attendance. "Game truck all day" gets on the family calendar in a way "craft fair" doesn't. We're the marketing hook that fills your event.
02
All-day engagement
Book us for 2 hours or the whole day. We rotate players and pace the activity so families come back for a second turn. Nobody watches once and drifts away.
03
Scales with your event
Fifty attendees at a cul-de-sac block party. Five hundred at a city festival. Same equipment, adjusted rotation. Nobody waits more than a few minutes for a turn.
04
Permits and venues handled
City parks. Church lots. HOA common areas. School fields. We've set up in all of them. COI on request. Additional insured endorsements same-day for permit requirements.
05
Sponsor-friendly setups
Local businesses sponsor "gaming truck brought to you by" or "laser tag sponsored by" with banner placement at the activity. Named sponsors offset your cost — sometimes cover it entirely.
06
Weather flex
Gaming truck runs in any weather — climate-controlled interior. Laser tag can move indoors. Bumper balls need dry ground. We watch the forecast with you 24 hours out and adjust the mix.
Pick your service

One activity. Or the full festival.

A single service works for a cul-de-sac block party or a small HOA family day. Combo two for weekend community events with wider age ranges. All three when you're running a fall festival that needs to compete with the neighborhood for family attention.

How multi-service works

Two services run at the same time. All three run as a rotation.

Two services
Both run simultaneously.
Two activity zones at once. Ideal for 100–300 attendee block parties, HOA family days, and mid-size fall festivals. Families move between zones organically.
All three services
Full rotation.
The mini-festival setup. Three activities running with rotation — best for 300+ attendee events, all-day city festivals, and multi-hour community days.
How planning works

Four steps.
From first call to festival.

01
Call with the details
Event date, expected attendance, venue, and any permit or HOA requirements. We match services to your crowd size and venue footprint.
02
Lock the date + docs
Deposit locks your date. COI, additional insured endorsements, and any permit paperwork provided within 24 hours. Sponsor banners can be listed on your promotional materials.
03
Promotion runs
Your team promotes the event. The headline activity — "MGR game truck all day" — is the hook that drives attendance and gets shared on Nextdoor and neighborhood Facebook groups.
04
We arrive 15 min early, run the event
Arrival 15 minutes before doors. Setup under 15. Then we run the activity while your volunteers focus on vendor tables, food, and check-in — the parts nobody else can cover.

"Bumper balls were the highlight of our neighborhood block party. Haven't laughed that hard in years watching both kids and adults bouncing around. Highly recommended."

"Our church youth group event was struggling for attendance until we added the laser tag. Word got out. Our biggest turnout in three years. Kids talked about it for weeks."

"Booked MGR for our PTA fall festival and doubled our expected attendance. Families showed up who normally skip PTA events. Ticket sales paid for the truck twice over. We're booking again next year."

Festival FAQ

Every organizer question. Answered.

Do you have insurance for city parks and community centers?+
Yes. Full liability coverage. Certificate of Insurance provided on request within 24 hours. Additional insured endorsements for parks departments, HOAs, churches, and community centers are typically available same-day. We work with permit requirements regularly.
Can we get corporate sponsors to underwrite the activity?+
Yes — festival sponsors love this. Local businesses often sponsor named activities ("Gaming Truck brought to you by [Local Business]") for visibility with families. We can provide banner placement space at the activity. Many community events cover the entire MGR cost through one or two sponsors.
How do you handle rain for outdoor festivals?+
Gaming truck runs in any weather — climate-controlled interior. Laser tag can move to a covered pavilion or indoor space. Bumper balls need dry ground. We monitor the forecast with you and can swap the mix up to 24 hours before. Full weather reschedule at no charge with 24-hour notice if the event is canceled.
What if we have 500+ attendees? How do you handle player capacity?+
Rotation. For events with hundreds of attendees, our on-site staff manages player turnover in short intervals — nobody waits more than a few minutes for a turn. Multi-hour bookings and combo packages spread capacity across activities. For 500+ attendee festivals, the three-service combo is the setup we recommend.
Are there discounts for HOAs, churches, or community organizations?+
Verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits, religious organizations, and community-serving HOAs qualify for reduced pricing on qualifying events. Ask when you book. Multi-hour and full-day festival packages also carry better per-hour pricing than 2-hour bookings.
