01 Booking & logistics.
Timelines, service areas, arrival, and rescheduling
How far in advance should I book?+
Weekends fill 4 to 6 weeks out during peak season (spring, fall, holiday months). For summer weekdays and off-peak dates, 2 to 3 weeks usually works. If your date is inside two weeks, call 813-965-7449. We can often make short notice work, especially on weekdays.
What's your service area?+
40 miles from Northdale (33625) is our standard radius, covering most of Tampa Bay: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Palm Harbor, Riverview, Lutz, New Port Richey, and Land O' Lakes. We go to Bradenton and Sarasota too, same 2 hour minimum, though there may be a travel charge depending on exactly where you are.
How long does setup take?+
Under 15 minutes. We arrive 15 minutes early to set up, power on, cool off the game truck, and wipe everything down. When your guests show up, we're ready to play. You do nothing.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Call us as soon as possible. We're flexible with rescheduling for weather, illness, or family circumstances. Formal cancellations follow the terms in your booking agreement. Call 813-965-7449 and we'll talk through your situation.
02 Pricing & value.
What's included, what's extra, and how deposits work
What's included in the $439 base price?+
Two hours of your chosen service, all equipment (HD screens and consoles for gaming theater, pro-grade gear for laser tag, all bumper balls), setup and teardown, our staff onsite the full time, and full insurance coverage. Any travel cost is quoted upfront with your booking. No hidden add-ons.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. What we quote is what you pay. Travel outside our 40 mile radius (Bradenton, Sarasota) may cost a bit extra, and we'll quote it upfront when you book. Everything else is included in the $439 base plus whatever add-ons you choose.
What if I want to extend beyond 2 hours?+
+$99 per additional hour. There's no maximum. Book as many hours as your event needs. For festivals and school field days, we regularly run 4-, 6-, and 8-hour events.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes. A booking deposit locks your date. The remaining balance is due at least 3 days before your event. The deposit is 50% of your quoted price. Call 813-965-7449 with any payment questions.
03 Multi-service combos.
Two services, three services, and how they run at the same time
Can I combine services?+
Yes. Adding a second service is +$149 (a savings versus booking two standalone events). Both run at the same time during your event, and guests move freely between them.
What if I want all three services?+
All three services (Gaming Theater + Laser Tag + Bumper Balls) rotate across your event window. Our team manages the transitions so every guest gets time on every activity. This setup works best with a 2+ hour booking so nothing feels rushed. Ask about pricing when you call.
What's the difference between "simultaneous" and "rotation"?+
Two services = simultaneous. Both are set up at the same time and guests choose which to play whenever they want. Three services = rotation. Because setting up all three at once takes more space than most venues have, we manage timed rotations so every guest experiences every activity across the event window. This is why we recommend at least 2 hours for the three-service setup.
04 Ages, safety & accessibility.
Who can play, and how we accommodate every guest
What ages can play?+
Gaming Theater: 6 and up. Laser Tag: 6 and up. Bumper Balls: 8 and up. We adjust games, rules, and pacing based on your specific age group. Adults have as much fun as the kids do. Corporate events are one of our fastest growing categories.
Do you accommodate kids with disabilities or sensory needs?+
Yes. We've run events for children with photosensitive seizure disorders (adjusting screen brightness and disabling flashing effects), mobility challenges, wheelchair users, and sensory sensitivities. Tell us your guests' needs when you book and we'll adjust everything to make them comfortable.
Is laser tag safe for younger kids?+
Yes. Equipment is lightweight, guns are easy for small hands, and our ref adjusts rules for age groups. Safe zones, timed rounds, and hydration breaks are standard practice for every event.
Are bumper balls safe?+
Yes. The balls are padded top to bottom, players are secured with internal harnesses, and our staff supervises every round. We've run thousands of bumper ball events over 15 years with an excellent safety record. Full insurance coverage on every booking.
05 Weather, space & equipment.
Rain plans, venue requirements, games, and player counts
What if it rains?+
Gaming Theater: no problem, the game truck is climate-controlled and fully covered. Laser Tag and Bumper Balls: we can move to indoor space if you have one (garage, gym, church hall), or reschedule for severe weather and thunderstorms. We monitor forecasts and reach out proactively when conditions look questionable.
How much space do I need?+
Gaming Theater: a parking spot for the game truck (driveway, cul-de-sac, parking lot, venue lot). Laser Tag: roughly 25' × 40' battlefield space. Bumper Balls: roughly 25' × 40' safe play area. Grass, gym floor, or large flat outdoor surface all work.
Do I need to provide power or Wi-Fi?+
Nope. The game truck runs on its own generator. No cords, and nothing depending on your venue's power. All games run locally, so no internet needed. Laser Tag and Bumper Balls equipment is battery-powered and self-contained.
What games do you have?+
All the current hits: Fortnite, Madden, NBA 2K, Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, Minecraft, Roblox, and plenty more. Tell us your guests' ages and interests when you book and we'll load games that match your crew.
What if we have more than 20 players?+
We rotate players in timed intervals so everyone gets equal play time. For large events (school field days, festivals, community events), we scale up the equipment and staffing. Just ask about our large event setup when you book.
