This website, mgrparty.com, is owned and operated by Bekhor Enterprises LLC, doing business as Mobile Gaming Revolution ("MGR," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information about visitors to this website and customers who inquire about or book our mobile gaming services.

By using our website or submitting our contact form, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you use our contact form to inquire about an event, you provide us with:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your preferred event date
• Event ZIP code
• Type of event (birthday, school, fundraiser, corporate, community festival, or other)
• Which services you're interested in (Mobile Gaming Theater, Laser Tag, Bumper Balls)
• An optional message with additional details

You may also provide information when you call us, email us directly, or communicate with us on social media platforms.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our analytics and hosting providers automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Your device's IP address (anonymized where possible)

• Approximate geographic location based on IP (typically city-level)

3. Google Analytics (GA4)

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (property ID: G-M8KH3HBHW4) to understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve it.

Google Analytics collects the automatic information described above (IP address, pages viewed, session duration, device information, city-level geographic location) and reports it to us in aggregated, non-identifying form. We also use Google Analytics to measure conversion events on our contact form, on clicks of our phone number, and on clicks of our email address, so we can understand which pages and sections of our site are helping visitors decide to reach out.

The specific events we track are:

• form_start — when a visitor begins filling out the contact form
• form_submit — when a visitor successfully submits the contact form
• form_error — when a submission fails validation
• service_interest — which services were selected on the contact form
• phone_call_click — when a visitor clicks or taps a phone number link to call us (captures which page and which section of the page the click came from)
• email_click — when a visitor clicks or taps an email link to contact us (captures which page and section)
• generate_lead — a conversion event marking a completed inquiry, which fires when a visitor submits the contact form, clicks a phone number to call, or clicks an email link

Google Analytics data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

How to opt out of Google Analytics: You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This add-on prevents Google Analytics from collecting data about your visit on any website.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

A "cookie" is a small text file that a website places on your device to recognize you on repeat visits and remember your preferences. Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site usage (described above)
• Functional cookies that remember basic preferences during your visit
• Advertising measurement cookies set by Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager, so we can tell which of our advertisements led to an inquiry

We use advertising cookies only to measure whether our own ads worked. We do not use them for retargeting, we do not build marketing profiles about you, and we do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own advertising.

Campaign attribution and browser local storage

When you arrive at our site from an advertisement or a link that carries tracking information, your browser address may include identifiers such as a Google Click ID (gclid) or campaign parameters (commonly called UTM parameters, for example utm_source or utm_campaign).

We store these identifiers in your browser's local storage — a storage area similar to a cookie — for up to 90 days. If you later submit our contact form, these identifiers are included with your inquiry so we can tell which advertisement or search term brought you to us.

This information describes how you found our website. It is not used to identify you personally, and it is not combined with your name, phone number, or email address for any purpose other than answering the question “which advertisement produced this inquiry?”

How to clear it: Clearing your browser's site data for mgrparty.com removes this stored information immediately. Browsing in a private or incognito window prevents it from persisting after you close the window.

How to control cookies: Most web browsers allow you to accept, decline, or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you decline all cookies, some features of our site may not function as intended, but our core content will remain accessible.

5. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries. When you submit our contact form, we use your name, phone, email, and event details to reply to you about your event.
• To book and manage events. Once you become a customer, we use your information to schedule, staff, and deliver your event and to communicate with you about it.
• To improve our website and services. We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and to make our site better.
• To send occasional follow-up communications. After your event, we may reach out to ask about your experience or share information about upcoming availability. You can opt out at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse. We may use technical information to protect our website against automated attacks and spam submissions.
• To comply with legal obligations. We use and disclose information when required by law or in response to valid legal process.

6. Third-party service providers

We use the following third-party service providers to operate our website and manage inquiries. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

FormSubmit.co (contact form processor)

Our contact form is submitted through FormSubmit.co, which delivers the form contents to our email. The information you enter into the form passes through FormSubmit's servers en route to us. FormSubmit's privacy policy is available at formsubmit.co/privacy.

Google (Analytics and Fonts)

We use Google Analytics 4 for site analytics (described in section 3). We also use Google Fonts to display typography on our website, which means Google may receive limited information (such as your IP address) when your browser requests fonts from Google's servers. Zapier (email automation)

We use Zapier to send an automated acknowledgment email after you submit our contact form. Zapier receives the "reply-to" email address from your submission for this purpose. Zapier's privacy policy is available at zapier.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Matterport (virtual tour)

Our website embeds a 360° virtual tour of our gaming theater hosted by Matterport. When you interact with the tour, Matterport may collect technical information about your device and session. Matterport's privacy policy is available at matterport.com/legal/privacy.

Website hosting

Our website is hosted by our website hosting provider, which may log basic technical information (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) as part of standard server operation.

7. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With our service providers. The third parties listed in section 6 process information on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to provide their services.
• To comply with legal obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MGR, our customers, or others.
• In connection with a business transfer. If we are acquired by or merged with another entity, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your explicit consent. We may share your information for other purposes if you have given us permission to do so.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as we have a legitimate business need for it, or as required by law.

• Contact form inquiries that do not result in a booking are typically retained for up to 24 months in case you return with a follow-up inquiry, then deleted.
• Customer records from booked events are retained for up to 7 years to support recordkeeping, tax, and customer service needs.
• Analytics data is retained in accordance with the retention setting configured in our Google Analytics property (currently 14 months).

You can request that we delete your information at any time (see section 10).

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. This includes transmitting form data over encrypted HTTPS connections and limiting internal access to the individuals who need it to perform their work.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you become aware of any security concern involving our website, please contact us immediately using the details in section 18.

10. Your rights (all US residents)

Regardless of where you live in the United States, you have the following rights with respect to the personal information we hold about you:

• Right to know. You can request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you and a summary of what information we hold.
• Right to access. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to correct. You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to delete. You can request that we delete personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal recordkeeping obligations that require us to retain it.
• Right to opt out of marketing. You can request that we stop sending you follow-up marketing communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 18. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request to protect against unauthorized access.

11. California residents (CCPA and CPRA)

Applicability: The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) generally applies to businesses that meet certain revenue or data-volume thresholds. MGR does not currently meet those statutory thresholds. However, we voluntarily extend the following rights to California residents as a matter of good practice.

Categories of personal information collected

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information (as defined by CCPA):

• Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address
• Customer records: booking details, event information
• Internet activity: browsing information on our website
• Geolocation: approximate city-level location from IP address

Sources and purposes

We collect this information directly from you (contact form, email, phone) and automatically (analytics). We use it for the purposes described in section 5.

Sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information in the past 12 months.

California-specific rights

• Right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it
• Right to request deletion of your personal information
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share)
• Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not process sensitive personal information for prohibited purposes)
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

12. Florida residents

Applicability: The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) generally applies to businesses with more than $1 billion in global gross revenue that meet additional criteria. MGR is a Florida small business and does not meet those thresholds. However, as a Florida-headquartered company serving Tampa Bay, we take the privacy of Florida residents seriously and extend the rights described in section 10 to all Florida customers and visitors.

13. Do Not Track signals

Some web browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. There is currently no industry standard for how commercial websites should respond to DNT signals. At this time, our website does not respond to DNT signals in a specific way. You can still control tracking on our site by using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (section 3) or by disabling cookies in your browser (section 4).

14. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Bookings are made by parents, guardians, teachers, or other adults on behalf of children who attend our events.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe your child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately using the details in section 18 and we will promptly delete it.

15. International users

MGR operates in Tampa Bay, Florida, and provides services only within the state of Florida. Our website is hosted in the United States, and any information you provide to us is stored and processed in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with different privacy laws. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use our website or contact us, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

16. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This Privacy Policy applies only to mgrparty.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

17. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
